1/19 CHAKRA WORKSHOP W/ ALANNA TOMER

A Chakra Workshop is an immersive and transformative experience designed to explore and balance the body's seven main energy centers, or chakras. This workshop combines the principles of yoga, meditation, and energy healing to help participants understand and connect with their chakras. Through light-guided, seated yoga poses corresponding to each chakra, breathwork, and meditation, attendees will learn how to identify blockages and enhance energy flow throughout their bodies. The workshop aims to promote physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual growth, providing tools and techniques that can be integrated into daily practice for ongoing well-being and inner harmony. Whether you are new to chakras or seeking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers a supportive and enlightening environment for all levels.

2/2 SOURDOUGH WORKSHOP W/ BRITNEY

All hands-on learners, this one is for you! Come learn all about the gut microbiome, how it impacts our overall health and wellness, and ways to support it in this interactive educational experience. During this class we will sample some sourdough treats and you will be provided with a sourdough starter and the opportunity and instructions to administer your first feed to the starter at our feeding station! Walk out the door with your sourdough starter and recipes to start baking foods to promote gut health. This sourdough starter will last a lifetime if properly cared for. Your ticket will also include a sample of a gut supporting herbal blend to take home.

2/2 CACAO CIRCLE W/ RACHEL

Join us as we welcome seasoned, local ceremonialist, Rachel, for an intimate afternoon of connection, reflection, and intention as we gather in a shared ceremonial space with the heart-opening medicine of Cacao. Together, we’ll co-create a nurturing container to deepen our sense of community and explore authentic expression.

2/9 BLOOM IN SELF LOVE: A SOUND HEALING JOURNEY W/ DHIVYAA

This Valentine’s Day, come home to your heart. Join us for a 90-minute immersive sound healing and self-love activation workshop at Thyme Herbal Apothecary. Through the gentle vibrations of sound bath, guided meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom, you’ll reconnect with your inner light and awaken the love that resides within.

The hottest match in our solar system comes to you with a revamped collaboration that will weave together our moon and herb loving friends in community ceremony. 3/2 HERBAL BALMS AND SALVES WORKSHOP W/ BRITNEY

Back again for another hands-on workshop, Britney will be discussing herbal oil infusions, and how to create your very own balms and salves. This workshop will include and educational portion discussing basic terminology and equipment needed (most already found at home), a full demonstration on all the how to's, as well as a take home DIY kit with your very own infused herbal oil and everything you need to make your very first salve at home. Leave feeling inspired, empowered and ready to get creative on your herbal journey.

Cost: $70/pp. Pre-registration required.

All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event inclement weather forces closure, we will attempt to reschedule, and you will be extended an invite to attend the alternative date with no additional charge.
