  • About the Collaborator: We are excited to welcome back Jen Anderson, owner of Love and Esthetics Spa. She is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician specializing in lymphatic drainage. Her serene spa, located in Oxford MA, offers an amazing selection of holistic skin care and massage services. We can tell you from experience, this organic spa is a must try!!
  • Tell Us More: Join us in learning about how the lymphatic system works and the importance of lymph health. Together we will provide casual discussion and education on the functions of the lymphatic system, easily attainable tools and techniques to facilitate lymph drainage, and the signs and detriments associated with stagnant lymph. Each participant will be provided with a Gua Sha stone and sample of Golden Grail facial oil to use during this interactive educational experience while Jen demonstrates proper technique to encourage lymphatic drainage in the face and neck. Both the Gua Sha stone and Golden Grail sample are yours to keep to as you continue this self-care practice at home. Participants will also learn which herbal allies have an affinity for the lymphatic system and take a home custom prepared herbal blend geared to show your lymphatic system some love. This experience will leave you feeling informed, relaxed, and empowered.
