Syrup and Oxymel Workshop

About the Instructor: Britney, Co-Founder of Thyme Herbal Apothecary, is a Registered Nurse and community herbalist. When she is not at Thyme she spends her time continuing her herbal education, homeschooling her kiddos, and tending to her garden. She enjoys the creativity and personalization herbalism offers each individual and loves the hands on approach creating your own medicine allows. It brings her great joy to share those skills with her community allowing them to take their health into their own hands.
Tell us more: Join us in learning the ins and outs of oxymels and syrups! In this workshop we will discuss the history of these ancient remedies, what they are used for, how they are made, and when and how to use them. You will enjoy a full demonstration on how to cook your own herbal syrup at home, as well as a hands-on portion allowing you to make and take your very own custom oxymel home to infuse and add to your ever-growing home apothecary. Leave feeling inspired and empowered on your holistic healing journey.
