About the Collaborator: Co-Founder of Thyme Herbal Apothecary, Heather is a community herbalist whose herbal path has spanned and evolved tremendously over 25 years. A natural caregiver with a passion for patient advocacy and health autonomy, Heather is also a practicing Registered Nurse of 17 years. Combining her knowledge of both allopathic and herbal care, Heather aims to support her community to gain confidence and improve well-being through the development of a more a holistic lifestyle.

Tell Us More: Got parasites? Come find out. In this class you will learn how to identify symptoms of parasitic overgrowth and the impact they can have on your health and well-being. You will be empowered with the knowledge and practical tools necessary to navigate the complex world of parasites and, most importantly, how to get rid of them! We will discuss how to lean on herbs to detox the body of parasites and provide it support throughout the process. Each participant will leave with an anti-parasitic tincture crafted by yours truly with guidance on how to unload them confidently and safely. Please bring along a notebook as lots of information will be provided.
